One Loyalty — over 50 white-label rewards platforms and its current website

A client since 2006. We built more than 50 white-label rewards platforms, since retired, that One Loyalty used to provide third-party assist services to its insurance clients. We also built its current website, live since 2023, and we host it.

The situation

One Loyalty sells value-added services to South African insurers and to other businesses. That is how its About page describes it as at 28 September 2026, adding that it has been operating since 2003 and that its services come with the flexibility to apply terms and conditions that suit each client’s policyholders or members. On the same date, its assistance services page lists those services, from roadside and medical assistance to home, office and legal assistance.

One Loyalty has been our client since 2006. This page covers two parts of our work for it: the platforms through which it provided assist services to its insurance clients, and its current website.

What we built

We built more than 50 white-label rewards platforms for One Loyalty, which it used to provide third-party assist services to its insurance clients. They are no longer in use, which is why the screenshot on this page shows One Loyalty’s website.

We also built that website, oneloyaltyrewards.co.za, which went live in 2023, and we host it. As at 28 September 2026, its footer reads “Website designed by Fyre Interactive”.

How it works

One Loyalty’s website sets out what the company offers and how to reach it. As at 28 September 2026, its home page introduces the company’s assistance services and its loyalty and lifestyle benefit programmes, each with a button to book a presentation, and ends with a contact form and its procedures for complaints and escalation.

The rewards platforms were white-label. White-label means a platform carries the name of the company that offers it to its customers, rather than the name of the business behind it.

We have built white-label platforms for other long-standing clients too. Clients of GiftBucks run reward platforms we built under their own names, and the logistics system we built for Network Dynamics also runs as 365ZIM, a white-label instance for the same owner’s business in Zimbabwe.

What changed

More than 50 platforms we built served One Loyalty’s insurance clients until they were retired, and the relationship has outlasted them. The website One Loyalty runs today, we built too, and we still host it.

What it runs on

One Loyalty’s website runs on our hosting. Wordfence runs on it, as on every site we look after, it runs on a current version of PHP, and our servers carry security hardening, from locked-down file access to bot protection.

If your business provides a service that other companies offer to their own customers, white-label platforms let each of them offer it under its own name. Platforms like these are business systems work, quoted as Custom & Systems: from R65,000 incl. VAT, after a free first discovery that works out what the system must do and what it will cost. If you go ahead, the build starts with a detailed scoping phase, included in the price. Websites have published prices, from R15,000 incl. VAT, on our price list.
