    We reply to new enquiries the same business day.
  2. We talk it through
    We talk it through online or in person, asking what the site or system has to do and what you already have, so the quote covers the right work.
  3. Your quote
    Websites are quoted at our published package prices, and anything outside a package is quoted per task before we start. Custom & Systems work is quoted after a free first discovery. Detailed scoping is part of the build.
  4. You accept, we start
    Payment is a 50% deposit, and the balance on go-live. A Business website typically takes two weeks and a Professional website four; Custom & Systems work follows the scope agreed in discovery.
