Custom-designed websites
Up to 8 pages on Business and up to 20 on Professional, with enquiry forms, an SEO plugin set up so each page has its own title and description for Google, and speed and security software configured before launch. Professional adds one of an online store, bookings, a membership site or a learning platform.
Hosting and care
Managed hosting with daily off-site backups (restore included) and uptime monitoring. A care plan includes the hosting and adds updates tested on a staging copy first and security monitoring, with set response times.
Custom business systems
When the site has to do something no ready-made plugin does: custom plugins, connections to the software you already run, and loyalty, rewards and gift-card platforms, quoted after a free first discovery.

Does it matter that your web designer is nearby?
It helps to have your web designer in the same city, answering in the same business hours, but it matters less than whether they will still be around in five years, when the site needs updating, fixing or rebuilding. We work from Midrand, close by, and we have been designing websites in Johannesburg since 2001. We meet clients online or in person, and travel to Sandton is not a problem.
What happens after launch is set out before you start. We reply to new enquiries the same business day, and a care plan comes with set response times: one business day on the basic plan, and four business hours on the full plan or when your site is down. What is a reasonable price for website design?
One that pays for the whole job, not only the look. Our Business site, for example, is R15,000 incl. VAT, and that includes the design, the build, setup for Google, security, two rounds of changes and 30 days of support after launch; hosting and care are priced separately, and published above. Every site we build is fully responsive and works on phones, and a display problem on a phone is fixed free.
